Are the 300EX and 250EX front bumper interchangable?

Are they the same? I've found a few bumpers for the 250EX I like, but they aren't made for the 300EX. I'd like to know if the 250EX bumper will fit on the 300EX. Same question for the chassis skid plate, too.

itll be too wide, but with modifications you can make it fit. i sold a bumper for a 250ex to a kid and he made it work on his kfx.

What he said. And the frame skid won't work. Mabey with lots of modification, but why would you buy one and put hours of work to make it fit when you could just buy a frame skid for the 300ex?

I don't want to buy one if they are not interchangable. The guy I spoke with at Pro Aluminum said they were interchangable. I didn't think they were. That's why I asked you guys.

The lower mounts are about the same distance apart but the upper mounts on the 250ex are about 1/4" - 1/2" wider on each side. I wouldn't say they are interchangeable though.
