are those plastics painted? or coated with something? they look like a deep blue

it gleams, its not going to hold up good enough though but its due to poor prep, ive seen some utes with this done and hold up for 3 yrs but i dont see it lasting, i already got some red fenders and an ims white tank to switch too, but it looks good now

its a totally different machine ive only rode it for a minute, the flexx bars are nice and the motor is amazing thanks colby ,

if it will stop raining im going to get some daytime pics these do it no justice, the plastic looks alot better in the day and i got several things u cant see in the pics and i forgot about b/c u could not see them, ill have some better pics up soon
