I just bought a brand new 04 400ex today, and im wondering what oil i should use when i do my first oil change? i heard ams oil is really good? Also, i have heard many different ways to break-in an engine. Some say NOT to ride it really easy, cause the rings wont seat well then. I dont want blow-by. I heard it is best to run it strong in 2,3, and 4th then slow down and repeat, so that the rings will seat well. Does this make sence to anyone else?
