Man what a project:p

This started with the purchase of a well used Honda TRX90 and finished in what will hopefully be the dependable and reliable quad we have grown to love.

We took the quad down as far as she could go, then I powdercoated the frame a chrome fade into bluevien for a truly different look.

Maier MFG. sent us a set of their white fenders to further seperate our quad from other TRX90's.

Big Gun's new oversize exhaust was highly recommended by our engine builder, GT Thunder. We had expected to be racing at the Steel Creek GNCC with our new engine, but custom machine work and a new style carb are causing a delay that cant be helped.

Even with the stock engine back in this chassis, the new pipe has really improved the performance over the old Big Gun Race Series.

Maxxis front and rear tires are mounted on new ITP rims. We chose to start with a stock width quad and see if we can get away with a wider stance as the season progresses.

The A Arms, Swing Arm, Stem and all bracketry was sent to Distinctive Chrome via ATVrider.com's own Popo. They were returned covered in show chrome and are flawless.

New rear gearing helps alot on this machine and we are excited to see how well it helps in a race.

Elka shocks front and rear are sitting in Santo Derisi's shop to be delivered at the race to wrap up the suspension.

DG "Fat" series nerfs were retained for this quad, and should provide a measure of protection for our rider.

A custom front bumper designed by Cody himself is mounted up front.

Cody has about 20 minutes ride time on this quad, so far he is all smiles. A few more complete checks will be made and we hope to do well with this set up.

I cant wait to see what kind of power our race engine will make:D

Myself and Cody would like to thank the following companies for their continued support of not only our endeavors, but for also supporting the youth racing in general.

You all have my full support and my heartfelt thanks for all you have done for us. We couldnt do it without you guys.

Good luck racing Cody! I was at my friends first mx race last weekend. For some reason the blaster and the youth class raced at the same time. I saw quads very similar to cody's and the one that sampleez posted. Those kids fly!

it was a mudfest, not so much who was faster yesterday, but who rode smarter and avoided all the freakin pileups!

Pappy,
This is ex360s dad.
My youngest has a 04 90 and I want to build it much like this one.
Can you give me a quick run down on what you have put to the bike and where I can find it?
Thanks,
Jeff

Elka shocks

Big Gun oversize pipe

Spider Grips

AC nerf bars (i dont think AC makes them anymore so from here on out we will run DG)

Maier fenders

Eton 90 rear tires, they are Maxxis (Quadshop)

Maxxis 19'' fronts (Maxxis wants me to groove them)

ITP stock offset rims

Powroll stock bore 11-1 piston was installed at the Ironman GNCC last year by GT Thunder but was purchased straight from Powroll

DID oring chain

Stock front sprocket

2 tooth smaller rear sprocket

Other then that, its all stock.(arms, swing arm etc) we just sent the parts to be chromed to Popo here on ATVriders. I ofcourse powdercoated evertything.

Every thing listed, except the ETON rear tires i believe can be purchased from our site sponser C&D Racing.

Derisi hooked us up before the season with a rebuild on the elka's and now they work like never before!
