Help broken header stud.

I tryed to remove my header when I broke me header stud. How do I fix it. Is it real a stud and can I just turn it and buy a new one. Or is it cast in the engine.:devil

hey dude i did the same thing last week,i just turned it out and went to the local hardware store and they had the exact match for it i could not believe it,thought i would have to go to honda but the hardware store had it and saved me alot of time---hope this helps
