Yes we have 2 or 3 classes for everyone except peewee classes. We elimanated the 2 Stroke A class because last year we had only 2 racers each week. You can race the same number as long as someone else does not already have your number in the class. If you ride a 250R you can race any open classes and any age classes the only class you cant ride is the production classes. For more rules go to www.greatlakesquadseries.com all rules dates and classes are on the site.Hope to see you at the track.COME RACE WITH US....Chris
we also have 2 stroke B

ive never been to a 2 day race.... how does that work? do they have the first moto saterday, and the second moto sunday? or do they do half the list of motos on saterday (moto 1 and 2) and the other half of the motos on sunday (moto 1 and 2)

The races at Byron on April 9th and 10th are two separate points paying races on two different tracks. They have their original mx track, and a new track also. It is going to be great. Two race days on two unique tracks, and you don't even need to move your trailer!

Are you talking about the 6 hour race at arkansaw.$30.00 for A classes $5.00 of that goes into a points fund for year end payout 80% of $25.00.At year end awards banquet we pay back cash to all A riders. All trophy classes are $21.00
I will be posting pics and results of each race here on this site.I am working hard with a few others Chuck and Deana to make this series one of the best in the country We are also hosting the 6 hour of wisconsin race at Arkansaw Wisconsin as well and the fees for that are much larger.3 man or girls teams.
I started this post so people who dont know of our series have some where to learn more about it.Great Competition and awesomee tracks and friendly people.

Just to clarify. The 6 hour race is the 120 and 20 gate fee. The Quad series is $30 and $20. If you are going for year end points then you need to have a $10 points card. This also gives you a reserved number for your class. We will not allow X's on the plates. It is to hard to score. The cards need to be purchased with in the 1st three races. You do not need a card to race only if you want to have your points count for year end awards.

Don't be confused by the costs of the 6hr race in Arkansaw. That's a totally different animal. The Great Lakes Quad Series is helping John Pellan at Fast Trak promotions (he runs the 12hr race and the other 6hr races) host and promote that race. Here's the lowdown for all the Great Lakes Quad Series races.

I'll do a quick run down for you.
Gate Fee's -- whatever the track charges, usually $5 a day or so (camping may cost more)
Class Fee's -- $30 for A classes, $20 for B and C class
Points Card (yearly membership) -- $10 per class (that's for the whole season, 1 time cost)
ATVA Membership -- $39 a year (everyone should be a member already)

As Chris stated earlier the A classes are 80% payout of $25. $5 per entry fee (from the A classes) goes in the pool for the year end points. All B and C classes are trophy.

As far as race coverage goes that's why this area of the forums was created. We're just sneaking some race info in until the season starts. I plan on taking as many pictures as my hectic race day schedule allows and know of 4-5 people planning on taking tons of photo's this year.

Also look for video footage after every race. Not sure how quick it'll be up, but should be within the week. Shooting for the Monday after the races.
