best shocks

what is the best shocks for a 450r and long travel or normal.
starting to ride mx, and if you do long travel do you have to get a
+2 rear axle

Elka, PEP, TCS, Axis... they are all good. I have had them all and I feel I can get Elka's dialed in better than any others. I have TCS on my current race bike and I like them. I would go LT and yeah you need an axle.
