polish or paint?

I want cleaning my header. Sould polish or painting with a high temp silver paint?

IF it is SS polish it
IF it is regular steal get it jethot coated!

If jethot is to costly then do paint but you will have to repaint it when it starts to look bad, and it will look bad quickly!
