Heres a quick overview:
Duration is how long the valves stay open at the crankshaft degrees. More duration helps build horsepower but moves the power ranges up in rpm. Lift is how much the valves lift and more lift is more power. Lobe seperation is the ammount of degrees betweem max lift of the exhaust and intake lobes.
I will make it more detailed later. Figured this would stop a lot of cam threads, if this can get built on maybe post some setups to help people out.
