I've got leftover parts from when I had my 450R. I have the stock airbox lid, snorkel, exhaust tip, cam for sure. I can't recall if any other parts were switched w/the HRC kit but if the HRC kit replaced it, I have it. I believe I also have a set of stock tie rods. They were bent slightly but bent back and hardened. Were used probably 10hrs after being fix but taken off for new front end.
Give me an offer on whatever you want. Buy it all and I'll give you the tie rods if you want them.
