This is the 440 before i decided to rip her apart and rebuild her from the ground up.

i powdercoated the swingarm, oil tank, and rear hubs silvervein. they cam out sweet!

looks sweet. my only criticism is that you should do something with that stock oil dipstick or get a heatseeker temp gauge or something. the crappy looking plastic one kind of takes away from the awesome powdercoat.

I took apart my R4 to repack it and i said what the heck i might at well powdercoat that while im at it. i also polished the tips. :D

This is the frame just after i got it back from the sand-blaster. I welded in some custom gussets. its getting powdercoated right know as i speek!

I'll be back with more pics and info of assembly when i get my frame back from the powdercoater. I powdercoated all the other stuff myself. i dont have a large enough oven for the frame.:(

I picked up this sweet stainless steel bolt kit off of ebay. it was a great buy. it has more than 400 specific 400ex fasteners.
