:eek2: HEY I HAVE A 2005 HONDA 450R I ADDED A FMF TITANIUM SL4 SLIP ON PIPE I HAVE A STAGE 2 JET KIT NOT AIR BOX COVER AND I WANT TO RUN RACE GAS THROUGH IT BUT I UNDERSTAND THE COMPRESSION WILL NEED TO BE A LIL BIT HIGHER THEN STOCK ANY ONE KNOW HOW I CAN UP MY COMPRESSION TO 11:1 OR HIGHER .THANX

OK MIKE WELL MY CAPS LOCK WAS ON BIG DEAL THAT STILL DONT TELL ME HOW I CAN GET A HIGHER COMPRESSION NOW DOES IT .THANX FOR THE INPUT I WILL TRY TO REMEMBER TO TAKE THE CAPS LOCK OFF NEXT TIME BUT WAIT LOOKS LIKE I DIDNT AGAIN OH WELL MAYBE SOME ONE WILL REPLY TO MY QUESTION WITH INFO REGARDING MY QUESTION .................................................. ..:devil: :muscle:

Change the piston! But running race gas only does 1 thing- cost you money! Better to just run 93 or 94 and leave it alone! Race gas doesn't help HP unless you run oxygenated fuel.

Exactly. High octane doesn't equal high horse power. The compression is where the horsepower is at, you just need race gas to have high compression.
