Jetting for St. Anthony's and Little Sahara

Need a bit of input for jetting. On my 450R I have the HRC Airbox lid, exhaust endcap, needle and the 185 main. Seens to run pretty good in Iowa but will be heading to St. Anthony's and Little Sahara soon and I know the elevation is aroung 5000 feet. Any suggestions on jetting?? 175 - 180 maybe??

Also taking a bone stock 400EX for the spare bike. A jetting choice on that as well if possible.

i just got back from little sahara today. i have a 450r with a no box lid, k&n, and yosi pipe and a hot cams stage 2 cam. and i run a 170 main out of a dynojet jet kit. i run the same and St anns.
