I've had both and the fit and finish of the Clarke is better I think. the IMS with it's nut buster bubble is plain ugly and the bars will hit it when you turn the steering.

Here's what mine looks like installed...

The IMS also is a crappy fit and you'll probably have to zip tie the plastic panels together.

Hey Rico, are you going to Steele Creek? If so I'll see ya on our line. Nice avatar BTW.

I had problem with clarke tank clearing the bars till I got aftermarket stem and clamp. But I like the clarke better keeps the weight lower on the bike than IMS. IMO

I've got the IMS on mine and it fit up really easy. I just put it on this weekend, so I haven't had a ride test with it yet, but the bars don't hit it, and from my normal riding position (dunes and trails), I don't think that the "nut buster" is going to be a problem. If I were riding MX tracks it may be more of an issue.

I've got a clarke and I reallylike it, this weekend I noticed a leak on the left side where the front plastics fit in it. It's a small leak at one of the molding seems. I'm trying to come up with a good fix now. The tanks only two years old I kinda think it should have held up a little better though. You roll the dice and you take your chances.
