Help, Quick! axle carrier stuck

I have my axle out and everything else done, but I cant get my bearing(axle) carrier out. any tips please, I kinda need it done within the next 30 min, any help, please?

on my 300ex theres a little bolt that keeps it from coming out, its near the back of the swingarm

I dont know about the 300 but on my 400 I had to put a big metal rod in there and beat ot out with a hammer!! i dinged it up too so be careful!!
