I'm trying to install a Lonestar sprocket hub on a stock 400EX axle. It will only go on a little bit. Is there a trick to this? Does it need to be pressed on? You would think for $135 they could at least include some how-to in the box.

As far as I know it needs to be pressed on.

Yes, the sprocket hub is pressed on. Thats why you can't buy the 400ex axle from them without the sprocket hub.
