Will 86 trx250r oem axle parts work on the 85-86 ATC250R.

It won't work on an 85, the carrier and axle are different from later years

In dennis kirk they have a anti fade brake hub for the atc250r 81-86 and it also shows the 86-89 trx250r's hub is the same part number, so why wouldn't it be the same with the oem part.

OK it's time for a lesson. 81-81 ATC250R's did not have a removable bearing carrier, so there would be no need for an anti-fade nut. The swing arm actually moved forward and back in the slotted front bolt hole. 83-84 models were driven from the opposite side, the sprocket was on the right side, disc on the left. Honda lists different part numbers for all the parts on 85 and 86 models. The carrier was visibly different, the 85 had a different brake set up. The 86 brakes are the same as the TRX. If you just need an anti-fade, it MAY work, but Honda lists different part numbers for the disc hub between the two years. Here's a partial list of the parts with Honda part numbers.

Disc hub
85 43125-ha2-010
86 43125-ha2-670

Axle
85 43210-ha2-020
86 43210-ha2-670

Carrier
85 52201-ha2-000
86 52201-ha2-670

The 85 swing arm is different from the 86, I believe it might be narrower, which would mean a different width carrier. I've heard of people who have tried this and they usually end up using parts from one year only, not mixing and matching parts.

I think they are splined the same, but because of the different brake system on the 85, the newer hub may put the disc in the wrong place. You would have to look at both pieces side by side to see about rotor placement.

Maybe if it did put the brake rotor in the wrong place we can fab it to fit for sure. we have a whole shop with tools and ****.
