416 jetting ??

i have a 416ex and mild porting, stock cam, full t-4 exhaust. i need to find out what jets to run. if anyone has an idea of what i need to run please let me know or if there is someone that i can call to get this info.

sounds like you have the same set up as I do . I have a 42 pilot and a 170 main

if your using keihin jets with the air box lid on, i would try this:

keihin 158 mainjet, needle clip in the 4th position, 42 pilot jet, 2.5-3 turns out on the fuel screw.

now, elevation and temperature do make a big difference. so this is just a guess and some changes may need to be made.
