Help with ball Joints..

I am trying to install my new burgards, but when i try to tighten the balljoints on the a-arm the stud spins with it. I got one side on that didnt do it...can anyone help? Why is it spinning?

you have to put pressure on the stud,put a jack on the bottom of it and jack it up and let all the weight of the front end rest on that and that should have enough pressure on it for it to stop spinning
