300ex suspension, tie rod questions

i recently purchased a 99 300ex and am waiting on my shop manual in the mail. in the meantime, how do i adjust my suspension, front & rear? also, i need to toe my tires in. to get the nuts on my tie rods loose, do i turn them clockwise or counter? thanks a million!!!

well the suspension is quite simple, to up the preload stick a screw driver or something similar into the dimple on the side of the shock and turn it til you're satisfied, and for the tie rods i THINK its counter

i think its the inner tierods that are reverse thread, you'll just have to play with them. i think you pull up on the shifter side outer one, opposite on that inner one
