Exhaust question

well my pipe is a mess...... the guy i bought my 300ex off of cut down the dg headpipe and put on the stock muffler....... well its too short to put the dg pipe back on and i want it to be loud ....... My dad said we r getting it weilded... So here is the Question should i get it weilded or put the stock head pipe back on and get a slip on

get it weldedyou already have it.why put the restrictive stock exhaust headpipe back on?then come out the pocket for a slip on?..:confused: dont makle your dad spend un-necessary money:ermm:

ya but i heard that dg pipes suk well they do suck but If thats all you have then thats all you've got to work with. If your dad is willing to buy you a slip on then you will have more power than the DG but otherwise just get the DG welded.
