jetting my ex

i have a complete yoshi exhaust with a k&n air filter and a k&n jet kit. what should my jetting be set at?

yeah, if someone could help me out as well. I live in Alaska and my elevation is 3000ft or below. Im running the 155 dyno jet size.... is this too big? i plan on running w/o my air box lid, and i have a complete yoshi pipe and k and n filter as well. I always have to put the choke on and start it, then it revs up with me holding the throttle and then all of a sudden it dies and won't start again, unless i hook a battery charger up to the battery and let it charge while i attempt to start it, then after a while it finally starts. any help would be appretiated, for both of us that is. :D
