my buddy has a pep stabilizer for sale adjustable and rebuildable are they worth buying if ride in the woods alot

Im not a satbilizer expert but I think it is definitely worth buying if you ride woods. Once you ride with a stabilizer you never want to go back. Now, is it a used or new, and how much $$ does he want for it.

60 bucks is a good deal, but it just depends on how much its been used.
