Unless hes made of money, that is a little excessive. Start with a pipe, nerf bars, and maybe some handle bars. Whatever you need to make it really comfortable for you. Then If you were to be racing mx at all, get some different tires. But if you are just riding around, your tires should be fine for now. Suspension is really expensive, but its a great upgrade. When you start jumping and going big, suspension would be a great plus.

The pipe should give the motor a little more response, depending on the pipe. Then any other motor mods if you feel the need for more power later on?

The rest of it is all cosmetic. Powdercoat and plastic makes a big difference in the looks department, but can become a little costly sometimes.

It all depends on how much money you want to spend, and what you are going to be using this quad for.

By the way hollister. Go might want to work on your typing skills. Or overall english. Periods and capitals exist for a reason.

If you wanna get a pipe, then I recommend the LRD Pro4 complete system. I'm running one on my Z400, and it pulls like mad. Although I hear the HMF complete system is pretty good too.

As much as i know, the yoshimura is the best system for the 'zuki 400 motor.

Get a TC shorty. Looks cool and sounds bad*****. I hear there expensive for a slip on though, I never checked the price, I don't think it's on their site.
