99 400ex Mostly stock except rad carries, k&n filter, 14 tooth front sprocket. The only thing wrong with it is i cant get the jetting right. but all stock equipment is there including 15 and 16 tooth sprockets, filters, jets, needle. $3000 obo

Your "OBO" will be a helluva lot less than 3. Good call putting it at 3,000 though. Think more like 2,000, of course depending on what shape the bike is in.
