Aftermarket shocks for a 300ex

I need some aftermarket shocks for a 300ex a.s.a.p!...Just fronts!

i have these works dual rates. but they have preload and rebound adjustment on them........work great. only have about 20 hrs on their rebuild. they don't look the greatest, but work awesome.........$285 shipped.......

So there dual rate works shocks, with preload and rebound adjustment? If used a lil cleaner could they be in better shape?
