Ok so I went outside to start my 416ex today. I couldnt get it to start. It did this before so I replaced the spark plug. It fired right up. The spark plug I took out looked like this:

I am using a Dyno Jet kit with a 170 main. Should I drop it down to the next smallest main jet, or what should I do?? Thx... :D

Kinda looks like oil fouled. Does it smell like oil at all? Maybe its just my moniter.

looks like a 4 stroke plug to me.how are your valve seals?

I had them replaced not too long ago...

I have about the same mods to my motor as you , but with a open air box and im running 155 dynojet main jet. the 170 seems kinda on the rich side do some testing try the next size down. Alot of people on this side have verry good suggestions on how to jet!

I will try the next size smaller jet whenever I get the chance to change it. BTW I do run an open airbox...
