Counterbalancer help

How exactly do I check my counterbalancer. I am having strong vibrations at higher RPMs, and I'm not sure how to check the counterbalancer. Any help appreciated. Please be as detailed as possible. It's an 86R by the way.

Get a service manual.

Ar you unsure if your CB is timed correctly? You'll need to pull the clutch cover, remove the clutch basket, and the nut and washer that says OUT on it (output end of crank). There are 3 dots that need to line up.

Might as well yank the CB and make sure the bearings are good while you are in there.
