I believe DP pads are the best out of the 5-6 brands I have tried. I get mine at the dealer and I think Dennis Kirk has them too.

I honestly think you get more life out of the stock pads. I'm using stock pads along with Braking wave rotors & Stream Line brake lines.:)

The EBC standard are good. Any Sintered Metal or Harder pads wear your rotors down. The standard work as good as the others but they wear quicker. But thats better than getting new rotors once a year!

i like Ferodo pads the best. they are about the cheapest pads i have found and last longer than most as well.

im going to pick up my new ebc slintered metal pads today for the front and back cause all my brakes are shot. they had zero pad left when i took them off. did i make the wrong desicion. damon said they last really long. and what is this about wearing out the stock rotors. i know about them getting too hot and warping but waering down? will these ebc slintered metal pads do this?

and im getting the lil bro new rear brakes for the 250. its a drum brake on the back rite and we ordered the ebc severeduty grooved brake shoe. will this do anythign to the drum?

Trust me! I put new rotors on and Sintered Metal Pads and a friend put Sintered pads on his too. The both of us bought standard pads after I noticed about 3 months later that the rotors were wearing pretty good. And I only ride once to twice a week! Sure the sintered last longer but for everyday riding you'll change your rotors before your next set of pads wear down!
