what size chain

what size chain can I use that will accommodate a 14-38 and a 15-36, I've got a 100 link chain witch is to big,
any help would be great thanks

why dont you just cut the chain?

I plan on cutting the chain, but I was wondering if any body is running this setup, so I can eliminate any error.
I've got a chain breaker, but I don't have a chain repairer

haha nice, just put it on the bike with the adjustment all the way forward and go to the nearest link .. that's what i do
