Now I lost the instructions to my sabilizer and was wondering how the setting goes...am I correct on the picture below???
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

No you have it backwards the hole that is closest to the stem has less leverage and will make it stiffer.:)

The picture is correct! The outer most hole will give you more dampning because the piston is forced through its stroke at a faster rate. The faster the piston moves the more dampning force will be applied.
I know it sounds backwards but that is how it works.
