i just installed Houser +3's, and the ride height is too low. how do i adjust it?

Stiffen your preload. It's the ring at the top of your shock just above your spring, turn it clockwise and it will make your ride height higher.

Make sure the front wheels are off the ground so the rings will turn much easier. There is also an allen set screw on each ring that must be loosened before turning the ring. ;)
