handlebar risers help

does anyone make a good handlebar riser? i dont want to but a whole steering stem i just want to get some risers to raise it about an inch. i got a ims 4.3gal tank and my bark busters hit the tank when i turn. any ideas? thanks. i found a set on e-bay that screw onto my stock bar mounts then bolt to the stem, are they a bad idea?

Trail Tech makes some billet risers, i got mine from rockymountainatv for like $60
