:ermm: just got my quad back from the dealer , and i had pipe n cam and jetting all done at once. when i let it run the header glows a lil red , is this normal please help asap .

now i just spent alot of money to have the local dealer do it , and if they cant fkin do it right , THEN WHAT DO I DO ? this crap gets to me , waited along time to get bike back also ,

What size jets did they put in it. Also the header pipe will have a slight red glow to it.

to tell ya the truth i dont know?, i just had all this done at the dealer here, and i havent had a chance to ride it yet , due to weather so its doing this while in garage running? now im worried

Not from just running in the garage it's not...
He said he hasn't even had a chance to "ride" it yet.
I'd say wait till you get a chance to ride it and then keep a close eye on what it does. Read the "overheating" thread and if you have the same symptoms, bring it back to the dealer and have them change the jets. For free. They should since if you rode it hard like that and it's lean enough, you could melt a piston.

pull the plug if the plug is white it is to lean and will cause a big prob. I would do that first. 5 minutes might save alot of money. dealer mechanics are not always the brightest at least the ones in my area are not

Honda is notorius for running their machines lean. It is not a good idea to run it in the garage without air flowing over it, it is just like any other engine it needs cool air running over the small radiator to help keep it cool. My 05 had a 118 stock jet and when I put the LRD pipe and sparks filter on I went to a 185. The head pipe still turned blue after the first ride.
