400 with 450 akis fronts

i want to buy a set of axis shocks that are set up for a 180 lb on a 2004 trx 450 r will they fit on my 400 ex? and will the weight range still be the same?

thats what i thought but i figured id throw it out there and make sure i wasnt missing a good chance

they will work but not nearly as good as if they were the ones set up for your bike. the stroke and leverage ratio are all wrong for the EX. its better than stock..but i wouldnt do it.
