Help w/ clutch cable

I have a 400ex w/ 50 hrs on it. The cable probably has never been adjusted. It almost feels like it is slipping some. Would adjusting the clutch cable get rid of that feeling. It already needs to be adjusted real bad. Any input would help.

An out of adjustment cable could definitly cause your clutch to slip. As your plates wear you have to loosen your cable a bit to compensate. If you find that you barely have to pull in the lever for the clutch to disengage you're probably out of adjustment.
