I hate stock bars!

i hate the stock 300 bars...the poke me in the side, suck for right handed turns, and are'nt very comfy standing up...which kind of bars would you get if i were around 6ft....i was thinkin some Renthal 400ex bend but not sure

your best bet would be to go with a +2 stem but a cheaper option would be bars I would try the trx250r bend they are 160mm high.

Thats what I have on my 400 and I love them. They also are angled up more than the 400 bars. Much better for standing up. Also you can get rid of the bars poking you in the side by rotating them downward. It will make it harder to stand up though.

ok so 250r bend....i dont wnat them to be too high for stock stem thats why i chose 400ex but the R's will feel good and be about the right hight?

um, the race 250r bend is lower then the 400ex bend, i had the race 250r bend or whatever it is on my old 250ex

your 6ft...id go with a bigger quad or a 2+ stem and tag t2s

im right there with u man im 5'11 or 6 ft and 170 pounds racin a 250x...it get hard at time but i cant move up cuz i aint but 14 so i cant move up due to regulations at racing events

well I'm 6'0 180lbs and ride a 400ex. The 250R bends were higher than the stock 400ex bends, and fit me perfectly. They are more comfortable standing up with and they dont poke me when I'm making turns sitting down. I have a stock stem by the way.
