blue number plates

how come all the pro GNC racers have blue background number plates... and if i went to nationals could i run my blue number plates in a lower class...

I have heard that you can only run Blue # Plates a a national race if you are in a Pro Class, I could be wrong about this, but that is just what I have heard. Im sure they are not gonna care at local races but you might not be able to run them at a national event

for neatv-mx you can run blue in pro...black in C yellow in B and im not sure about A

Im pretty sure that the A class runs white backrounds

so if i went to natioals what would they make me do... cus its a graphics not just a number back ground... welp i dont really have to worry about it cuz im 14 and you have to be 16 to race a KFX in nationals
