what are some main jet sizes that would be good to try? i have just added hmf exhaust and k&n air filter. the engine is missing at 3/4 throttle and it feels restricted at full throttle.

155 is a good place to start

yep a 155 sould work good. play with the needle also.

These jet sizes you're talking about, are these the stock (kleihn) jets? Or are they the DynoJet? Also, what is the stock jet size for a 400EX?

I believe stock is 148.

yep stock is 38 pilot and 148 main.
