air box lid

Does running with the air box lid help give it more power? If so does it hurt the engine as long as uyou have an outerwear?

i think you mean without it because it comes with the airbox lid on. taking it off will increase power but if you ride in mud or alot of dust i would drill some holes in it and put some vents. taking it off you will have to rejet.
