what kind of offset should i run

i was just wondering what kind of offset i should run on my 400ex. i have LSR +3 longtravel a arms and elka quadrate shocks. i need some help on what kind of offset i should get for motocross racing. thanks

4 to 1. gotta keep it under 50 inches
