carb problems

still having problems getting the right jetting on my bike or something. runs fine out of the hole but as soon as I hit the end of each gear it is bogging down and really bad in 5th gear pinned.

does and one have any help for me.

4th needle position
168 main jet
45 pilot jet
airfuel screw at 2 turns out

You didn't say if you had the air box lid off or not. But your jetting settings seems within range. If anything, and if the air box lid is off, then you may want to go to 172 main jet or higher. The other possibility is that the float or float valve is not working correctly and running it out of fuel at high rpms. If you think that is the case then you need to clean the valve and check or adjust the float. High RPM issues are normally the easier of problems to resolve. The needle settings and pilot jet should not effect the high rpm range so I wouldn't change them.
