I know this may not be the right section, but I was wondering how do you use paypal on here? Also, has anyone dealt with scooter8 before?

anywho, All you need to do is get the person' s paypal address, then go to Paypal.com to send money. If you dont have a paypal account, then you'll need to sign up for one first.
