Racing Costs??

hey guys im thinkin about racin cuz my friend with a blaster is racing and i know ill kill him with my 300. how much does it actually cost for each race? i know about signing up with the ama and everything and that ill have to maintain my quad but besides that how much??

Racing cost can get kind of high. The biggest cost is fuel to get to the tracks
AMA Yearly Fee $39
District Card $25 yearly
Gate Fee $5-10
Entry Fee $25-30

If you live close to the track fuel isnt that much of an issue. I race the VXCS Series and most of the races I run takes atleast a tank of gas in my tow vehicle to get there and another to get back. Also maintenance is a little higher when racing because normal riding isnt nearly as hard on your machine.
