My motorwork guy and friend from delaware built these two creations. Ones a suzuki lt250 with a suzuki 1,100 motor, bored to a 1346 (I think) its making around 200 horse power atleast and a 250-300 Horse shot of nitrous, He was having trouble keeping cranks in it and everything because he had the nitrous more then that! the other is a 89 250r with a honda 636 motor with nitrous. The suzuki ran 150 and 9.4 in a quater mile while spinning the tires! :eek2:

They climb hills and drag, you might have seen the suzuki at the virgina beach race in dirtwheels, and at glamis a few years back. they climb a hill in ashton pa thats almost a quater mile high and its so steep you cant walk up it! Every time they go riding The suzuki needs new tires, hes lucky if he can get two rides out of them!

I saw a video of that yellow one climbing a hill in ashton. He did it once and made it look easy so he through someone on the back and did it again. I think the hill was called the 500 hill. I'll see if I can find were I saw it.

To me it looks like a waste of two nice quads. I guess I'm not the hillshooter quad type of guy. :ermm:

I have personally seen this one in action at Sand Mountain. I don't know if they weren't pushing it to it's limits, but it really wasn't all that impressive. Fast, yes indeed, but not INSANE.

The biggest problem with these streetbike conversions is weight, especially in sand. Even if you have an awesome power/weight ratio, it doesn't mean crap if you can't get the traction to put all that power to the ground. A 125hp banshee at 270 lbs will almost always beat a 200hp, 400lbs streetbike motor conversion, even though the streetbike conversion has a better power/weight ratio.
