Well does it matter what kind of gas you put in it? whether its ethanol or high octane? YOu can use the same that you put in your car cant you. I think I will put in Octane for that little bit more power and I heard Ethanol can clog your engine.

yes it does matter what gas you use in your quad. the higher the octine (93 for example) the harder it is to egnight in the engine. this is important because some quads have high compretion ratios and they will get hot enough that they will ignight the gas in the cylinder befor the piston gets to the very to and the spark plug goes off. Regular has an octain level of about 87 and Super is around 93. super will work with all engines, its not so hard to ignite that it won't, its just expensive.
you need to figure out what the compresion ratio of the engine in your quad is. if it is 9:1 throug 9.9:1 then you can use regular but if it is above that then you should use Super

when your compression is over 11:1 or so

the benefits are that it wont go boom until the spark sparks.
