Im ordering new rims for my truck, and i need to figure out the backspacing. Does anybody know how to figure this out?

no thats not it. when i order the rims that ask for the back spacing on the rims and i need to know how to measure that.

To measure wheel backspacing, follow these guidelines: 1. Take a wheel off the car and lay it on a flat surface with the back side (the one that faces the brakes) facing up. 2. Lay a straightedge across the wheel and measure down to the mounting pad; you may have to deflate the tire to do this. This measurement is the amount of backspacing your new wheels will need.
