LRD power up kit?

i was looking at the LRD site and its got a power up kit with 11:1 standard bore piston and web cam. are these kits any good, ive never heard any bad things about LRD so im assuming it is? and would it make much of a difference?

I would go with a lower compression, since the 400ex is air cooled, besides they run alot better.
