from my knowledge, tamers are really only good on hard packed stuff. If you grove them they work better also.

no there a mx tire they would be horrible in the snow and mud

ya they are great for hard pack but if you cut every other row of tread out i hear there pretty good then for trails.

I have ran them in snow and mud and on trails, I love them in trails because I like running 18"s so I can slide around easily, they aren't the best in the others though, and they wear out pretty quick. Just watch where you go and try not to get into bad mud on the trails. They are best for the track though.

I wouldn't use tamers, unless your using them strickly on the track. I've used 18" tires on trails, and I got stuck in everthing:scary:
