4 strokes

Is it just me or are loud 4 strokes extremly annoying? Theres been a piped raptor and a few other quads riding non stop for the last 2 weeks, and I've become extremly annoyed, they blast up and down my road, then ride from say 9am till 6-7pm!

When they go by its twice as loud as any harley, vtwin or piped street bike thats ever gone by my house! They went by my house probaly 30-50seconds ago and I can still hear them going at it up the road. I just hope it stops before my neighbors get fed up with it and start yelling at me for riding. I'm not anti loud or anything but they need to make the exhaust systems for the thumpers alot quieter! :ermm:

i loove the sound of a 4 stroke with good exhaust. all there doing is having a little fun, ive gone down country roads wide open b4, i know it pisses people off, but i dont care because its fun:) and that banshee is gonna be just as loud, so i wouldnt ***** about the 4 strokes just yet;)

Yea to me 2% more annoying the 4 strokes. 4 strokes sound mean and muscly and 2 strokes sound like a high pitched pu$$y noise or sumthing..lol

It'll sound nice though :devil: and I wont be playing with the throttle all day unlike them lol idk maybe I over reacted just a little, It just annoyed me a little to much, but I guess with my short fuse thats not hard to do

You don't need to live by me, Quads are running up and down my two roads all the time, I kinda like it.:D And belive me your shee will be JUST as loud with pipes and motor work, probly louder. :o

Yeah relly i would never nark on a fellow rider! Also i love the sound of 4 strokes with pipes the louder the better! Last summer when i went night riding i had my grizzly with a HMF pipe and we were riding a few roads at 1:00am. My pro circuit on my grizzly is pretty dang loud. Alot of people around here thign 2 strokes are anyoning. I like the sounds of both.

i love the sound of a nice piped thumper but when i go out riding at night in the snow i put my spark arrestor in because i know 3/4 of the people dont like it and i dont feel like having every neighbor within a mile getting pissed at me for going by their house at 11 at night
